I grew up in Rio Vista and lived on Grizzly Island for many years. I am happy to see so many citizens getting involved in stopping this abomination. Has the Solano County chapter of LAFCO shown any interest in dealing with the annexation by Suisun City. One of the so many concerns are Highway 12 and Highway 113. It doesn't help if California Forever gives up its right of way for rebuilding these two highways. CalTrans doesn't have the money to put in four-lane roads, which is what should have been done 50 years ago.
